Chiropractic care is more than just manipulation or “adjustments” of the spine.  Our care includes a thorough  evaluation of your history and physical condition, an explanation of our findings and  appropriate treatment options.   We use a number  of conservative methods to speed recovery, including various forms of manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, as well as exercise and nutritional advice.  We also provide Class IV (low level or “cold”) laser therapy to enhance healing and recovery.
